Transform your passion to a practical skill.

Set within our working London Flower Studio, this 3-day intensive group course is designed to empower you, guiding you through all the elements from flower care to group installation in a nurturing and non judgmental environment. Once complete, you will have an array of new skills and techniques to either pursue floral design as a career or utilise your new skillset in your own, creative manner.

These are suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginner to florists who want a new perspective and direction. Our course is centred around hands on floral skills, and building foundations in modern design.

This 3-day experience blends technical skill with real-world insight - offering you the tools, confidence, and community to grow your floral journey, wherever it’s headed. This isn’t just about learning how to make beautiful arrangements, it’s about stepping into the real world of floristry. We go beyond technique to explore the emotional and practical layers of working with flowers professionally. You’ll receive honest guidance on how the industry actually works: from navigating social media and pricing with integrity, to finding your creative voice and building a sustainable career. It’s a rare behind-the-scenes look into the floral world - full of transparency, encouragement, and tools to help you find your own way forward.

See an example of course outline below. All courses are taught by founder Kaiva Kaimins.

A note from Kai

“From the beginning, my hope has been to build a space where people feel seen, celebrated, and supported whether they’re just beginning their relationship with flowers or have been working professionally for years.

I believe that everyone arrives with their own eye, their own instincts, their own way of noticing beauty. My role isn’t to overwrite that, it’s to help you understand the fundamentals of design well enough that you feel confident exploring your own vision within them.

International Flower School is intentionally small so we can meet you where you are. Beginners, career-changers, and professionals sit at the same table not because they’re the same, but because there’s so much to learn from one another. The course is shaped around the individuals in the room, with guidance tailored to your experience, your questions, and your goals.

This is a place where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are welcomed, and progress is measured in confidence as much as skill. A place where your journey is respected, not rushed or compared.

If you leave feeling more connected to your creativity, more trusting of your taste, and more excited about where your work could go next, then Flower School has done exactly what it was meant to do.”

★★★★★

Loved flower school - the intimate class size allowed for the conversations to be real, and the experience more memorable. The flowers we used were of high quality and the best I'd ever seen. I'll never forget the stories Kai and Sasha shared from their careers, and the classmates I got to learn alongside. Truly a great program that welcomes all walks of life.

WOW!! I simply don't have the words to express how incredible My Lady Garden is. I had the absolute pleasure of attending flower school in October and it was just the most perfect few days. Kai and Dylan were SO generous with their knowledge, extremely patient with us and no topics were off limit. I learnt so much, a truly invaluable experience. And of course the flowers were out of this world to play with! Just BEAUTIFUL. Amazing few days, an abundance of knowledge, gorgeous souls, sensational florals... couldn't ask for a dreamier way to be immersed in florals and flower life. Thank you x 1 mill xx
